After signing a quote for a custom built Nutec wendy house for R15, 800 for a structure 3.6 x 2m that was waterproof and had electrical fittings I received a shack. The door wouldn't open, it leaks, the electrical plug was wired completly wrong and trips my entire house, did I mention it leaks with faulty electrical wiring, half a meter shorter than the original spec, it was made with prefab walling and not the original nutec board as displayed on the website, so after complaining I had one wall with the boards as displayed on the website but not painted still with the bar code displaying the cost of the boards. These weren't painted white as originally requested.
After having the builder back a few times it was obvious he did not have the skill to fix the problem. I agreed to pay three quarters of the outstanding bill and pay the difference after subtracting the difference of the new additional builder to be told that if payment wasn't made in 24 hours they were going to come to break down the whole structure. I choose to pay the balance as I had already paid the new builder, put in plumbing, repainted the whole structure so not worth the fight, the pictures tell it all.
