Clinton Jacoby makes the one promise after the other without delivery on any promise. A wall which was supposed to have taken 2 weeks is still not completed - 3months after the fact. Basically came with a excuse that he don't have money to continue with my job - even after I have him 60% upfront - so have him another 20% - 80% in total - since he promised he can then finish my work... that was 2.5 months ago. So now I have paid 80% of the job and have 5 half built pillars.
