Thank you, Xtreme Solar, for advising us that we should have installed our solar panels on our FLAT roof slightly raised on frames so that roof maintenance and water proofing would not be a problem (*sarcasm). Your solution: "The panels will have to be removed, looped and re-installed after painting, the price for such is R 1, 800", does not really suit me (I will not pay you another cent) because your bad attitude of "You are welcome to contact any solar company, be they Geyser or Pool Heating Installers and they will also not advise you about your issue, as it is common sense" is indicative of exactly how arrogant and condescending you are towards your customers.
Because I, myself, spend many hours on the rooftop and know exactly everything there is to know about solar panel installations. Now, why, would I pay a "professional company" to undertake such an endeavour?
Be warned, prospective customers, your best interests are NOT taken into consideration when this company gives you a quotation.
