We have been using Jk Draughting for a few projects now due to the excellent and professional service from Johan Kriel. He has always been reliable and worthy of every cent!!!
We therefore feel the need to also comment on the above report after discussing it with Johan as we were concerned that this may discourage potential clients. We were very surprised to find this report when we came on the site to report on the excellent service we have enjoyed over the years. Jk explained the situation and as long time customers that knows his business ethics etc we find the above unjustified. This client started building without approved plans, they received the final and completed plans and this was what the payments were for. Jk advised them that should they start construction that he will not be able to submit the plans until construction is completed to which they agreed, he made numerous efforts to communicate this to the client as he has to abide by council policies, but the client would no longer except this and when the lawyer contacted him demanding immediate submission he went out of his way to get the plans approved without any penalty to the client and at his own risk.
