We have completed a project with CLS Electrical OR Tambo Airport in Gauteng and supposed to be paid progressively. We have been paid for the first claim and the 2nd claim is now 9 months overdue.
I have been liasing with Creesen Archary and his partner Luke Naidoo till present and have been given excuses and the run around.
He say's that ACSA has not paid him and on checking with the consultants, he was paid R1.2million in October.
On checking with the electrical contractor, he was also not paid and given excuses. He has now gone to the Electrical board as work was carried without any qualified personnel.
CLS Electrical do not even have a landline and operate from their homes but claim to have done jobs in the millions with a super track record.
Please be careful when dealing with these people
