I have had my washing machine at an electrical repair shop for a month. They cant get the parts and quoted me about R1, 000 for the job. This is after having already paid them over R800 two months previously. They only offer 1month guarantee on parts too! In desperation I called Rika at Best Electrical today. I dont know her. She said that they are the agents for my machine that is why I will wait long for parts. She was honest and open and did not speak negatively about this other company. She just gave me facts. She was prepared to fetch my machine from them and try to get me the parts sooner. She said I would have a THREE MONTH guarantee on the work. She said she would need permission to fetch the machine first.
She fetched it after I called them. Believe it! She called me this afternoon and said my machine is ready to be delivered. AND I only owe R420!! Now, HOW IS THAT FOR SERVICE??
