A laminate floor and carpeting installation by The Flooring Store turned sour when their careless workers messed skirting stain on our curtains and then turned around and pushed the blame elsewhere. A job well done turned into a frustrating nightmare when dealing with Wesley Shaw to get the curtains cleaned and sorted. Not only was things taken out our house, but monies were short paid and no reason supplied. Once they get money out of you, you have no leg to stand on and he takes full advantage of that. I will never deal with the flooring store again and neither would I recommend them. Wesley Shaw is in bad need of Customer Service training.
