I ordered bedroom furniture from Out of Wood in February and have been promised for the last three weeks that it will be delivered "within this week". I finally received the furniture today Friday afternoon at 16:30!!! When I asked the person delivering furniture who is going to assemble it, I was informed that he only delivers. I tried to phone Out of Wood but surprise surprise no answer??? Now I'm sitting with a pile of wood in my main bedroom over a weekend and no one to install it. I got sold assembled furniture and never expected this pile with no instructions, I don't even know if all the pieces have been delivered. Even by Mr Hilt's own admission in a previous complaint made on this site "we install all our beds to ensure correct installation of our products". So if anyone considers buying anything from Out of Wood accept that it will be accompanied by disappointment and a lot of frustration.
