My pool was installed by Clear Water Pools with a life time guarantee. I have noticed a crack in the fibre glass and reported it on 11 February 2013. They promised on various occasions that they will send someone to have it repaired, but to date nobody has pitched nor do they keep appointments or respond to messages to call back. It is almost impossible to get hold of Jacques [Email Removed] the owner or Erlo Conradie [Email Removed] In the meantime my pool is loosing a lot of water and the constantly dropping water level makes it impossible for the pump to run efficiently. The crack is already /- 40cm.
