Early April, i reported a malfunctioning solar geyser to Suntank and they scheduled 24 April 2013 to attend to my request. Come 24, nobody turned up from Suntank. Nobody phoned. When I phoned in the afternoon, I was told that the person attending my request is off work back the next day. No help the next day only an email from Graeme telling that server crashed and they will reschedule. I again emailed this Graeme but did not respond. Now I am sitting with their solar tank on my roof but relying on the grid to heat my water. May I should rename it Gridtank.
