I recently bought a waterproofing product for a fountain and when I mixed the ingredients it did not deliver the correct consistency that the packaging described. I bought the product at the Northriding branch but returned it to the Rivonia branch and they refused to exchange the product.
This turned out to be a complete waste of my time and I refuse to drive all the way back to Northriding for something you should be able to resolve at any of the Builders Warehouse branches
