We bought a flat bed printer from rob at the end of 2011 we were supplied a quote for the repairs that needed to be done on the machine being o rings service and 2 new heads which were included in the price of R355000.00
when the machine arrived he sent a so called technician which turned out to be an old operator of the same machine to replace the heads when he went through the machine he found that all the head were completely blocked as the machine had never had the o rings replaced they tried to lay the blame on transport which was kicked out by the insurance company .we then got an independent technician to look at the machine who confirmed that the machine had never been shut down properly with solvent in the capping stations which caused the damage.
and guess what we are still trying to get this resolved rob has dropped off the face of the earth and wont rectify
