I worked for the company from February 2012 - July 2012. Nielesh the owner of the company paid me for only 3 of the months I worked there. I had to beg him to pay me each month as the payday was the last day of each month. he would only pay 3-7 days after that. He was in complete breach of our Contract/Letter of Employment. He still owes me in the region of R45000.00. He has avoided me at all costs and has "disappeared". I know he still operates his business but with false details, ie: business address, contact details etc. WARNING: If you want to work there or have been approached to work there, DON'T!!! You will not get paid and when you attempt to get your money he will not be found!! Take my advise and stay clear of Nielesh Maharaj and LBS-IT.
