Poor service with Rectron, Gigabyte agent

I have had the most disappointing experience with Rectron which is an agent and is responsible for repairs for Gigabyte. I bought a brand new Q2006 netbook about 3 or 4weeks ago, only to have the laptop becoming faulty within about 2 weeks. The charging system stopped working. I bought the laptop for R2837 and then then came back and quoted me R1981 to fix the thing! How does that make sense? How is this not withing warrantee?! Physical damage they say, as if I threw the thing down from a dizzy height! I've had work laptops that lasted many years so this to me is a bunch of hogwash! I have asked for better alternatives to solve the problem only to be faced with silence, none of my emails are answered despite the fact that I know and have proof that they have been read! Absolutely pathetic service! I deserve to enjoy my new purchase that I worked hard to save the money for! I am not a Rockerfeller and I know there are more hitech and more expensive IT equipment but that for me was what I can afford now I'm sitting with nothing but anger and question marks! PATHETIC!!!
