I had my Xbox repaired at BT Games, when it was returned it could not update as microsoft showed the xbox to be modified. I returned it to BT games repair centrethey repreented themselves as an authorised repir centre. The messgae I got back was that they don'thandle software issues. Now microsoft is telling me I have to get a new xbox. This is unacceptable. I tried leaving a complaint via their website but had now esponse.
