My Dell Computer monitor went faulty - I phoned Dell Computers on Wednesday afternoon - I had a new Dell Monitor delivered to my house the next day. I am speechless and cannot believe what brilliant service I experienced from the time I logged my complaint with their call centre. I wish other service providers could take a lesson from this company. My thanks to the entire Dell Team! Thank You!!!
