I requested an update to my antivirus software supplied by Superlink, as it was about to expire. A price was received, paid by us and the proof sent to the supplier. The new user code was not supplied, despite numerous attempts to contact the supplier. My antivirus then expired, and still no useful response. I then updated the software myself, at full additional cost. The supplier has not refunded the antivirus cost, nor has he responded in any way to offer to refund or to offer any explanation.
