I called acer customer care on the 30th of January 2013 reporting that my laptop is giving me problems. They told me that they will get back to me in 6 working days, but they never did, I had to call them and they kept telling me that a technician will attend me. I called again today and apparently something came up, the technician will only attend me on Monday. I've been waiting for their service for almost a month now, I practically cannot do anything/work since my laptop is not working. I bought the laptop at Game in August 2012. Can something please be done coz I have now lost patience.
