We have an issue with the Samsung SCX-4655F and new toners. Upon inserting a new toner when the original was depleted the printer displayed "not compatible toner cartridge". Upon investigating we found that Samsung apparently had a "bad batch", confirmed by Samsung dealers, we have the same problem on two of these. I contacted Naaydeen at Rectron and she said she would phone me back in 30 minutes, that was approx a day ago. I emailed her this morning and still no reply. I want them to collect it and fix it or exchange it. This was not my problem and I feel that I am not responsible for couriering it to a Samsung dealer or Rectron for repairing. (A big thank you to the Samsung dealers willing to help me under warranty). But my main concern is that they totally ignore me, while I have two clients waiting for answers. All I want is to have it resolved. I feel they owe me it for 11 years of dealership and selling lots of Samsung products for them.
