My 10k laptop which is only a year old did not switch. Took it in to HP to have a look at it last week. Not just did I have to pay (I expected a new laptop that does not even switch on would immediately be replaced/fixed at no charge) BUT no one can tell me when they will look at it and send me ANOTHER quote to have it fixed. Been calling all day without any useful help and when I tried again at 16:45 I received an out of office response. Thought they closed at 5??
