I have no way of responding on hello peter to Mtn's response to my original complaint so I'm writing a new one.
Nomonde of MTN phoned me very nicely and said I MUST get an affidavit and certified copy of my ID. Having the unique ITC number means diddly squat. SO I rush off to the police station to do all this, scan it and email it to the address she gave me, which I confirmed twice with her on the phone. Low and behold it gets returned to me twice. I phone the number she provided... low and behold it either rings or is engaged... I have tried it 8x this morning to no avail. So still my request to have my cell unbarred is not being attended to. It time I wrote this whole story on Face Book... tired of the incompetence.
