I bought a LTE high gain antenna. The antenna is not compatible with Telkom LTE network on 2300 MHz frequency. i wanted to bring it back to exchange for another antenna type, however, with this been a friday created a huge problem and the supplier was not able to help me. They also claim not have a refund policy.
Cyberconnect claims to be specialists in this field them selling an antenna not compatible to the frequency band should be something they are willing to rectify no questions asked not making customers jump through hoops.
