I purchased a new LCD monitor for my gaming setup, i phoned in and found out there was no stock and admittently i was a bit rude with the gentleman on the other side of the line when i got this info (i wish i could remember his name) i was told they were expecting stock on the 31st, i got an SMS yesterday from the courrier confirming delivery today, it would appear these guys went that extra mile and sourced stock from a dealer (since the name on the delivery info is digital planet not alienware, but it has my alienware reference number). thank you so much man, you really made my week, i will definately look into an alienware replacement machine when it's that time again and sing your praises in the gaming world and among my friends.
