I just received an SMS from BT Games saying that my Beyond Two Souls Special Edition pre-order has been cancelled due to no payment??? I CALLED THE FOURWAYS STORE AFTER PLACING THE PRE-ORDER TO CONFIRM THE PAYMENT... I was told, and I quote, "Early payment is only required for Collector's Editions" after I advised them it was a special edition!!! Now due to your staff's lack of knowledge I lost my order? I EXPECT YOU TO REINSTATE MY ORDER ASAP AND I WILL GO PAY IT IF NEED BE!!! THIS IS REDICULOUS SERVICE BT GAMES!!

I got your Head Office's number from your Fourways branch and was advised to speak to "Terry". Why should I make the calls and spend money on phone calls when the -up is from YOUR side? How does that work? PLEASE DO CONTACT ME ASAP WITH A RESOLUTION. I will provide you with the order number and my account number. I will also give you my contact number and "Terry" can contact me to resolve this issue instead of me having to spend my time and money trying to get hold of you. I believe that is a decent request in terms of YOU having to resolve your -ups. That would also be basic customer service.
