Excellent Service from DELL

I would like to compliment DELL COMPUTERS on their truly excellent service. My Dell laptop crashed late last year and on christmas eve a technician was at my house diligently working on my machine, ensuring that it worked before he left.

I never expected to be helped on christmas eve, but Dell came and saved the day. I realy will never use another pc brand.
