I reported a complaint made about the comapny I work for and just get an automated response. To say that hello peter will see if the customer stands by their complaint. If they do then report stays if they can't be contacted then hello peter will remove it.
What rubish, who cares if they stand by the report. If the report is incorrect and unlawful it should be removed. People can't just log in and say what ever they want, can they??? They make statements that are unfounded and totally laking any facts, but because they stand by it, it remains on the website. That is rubish.
I refer to report https:///pc-zone/complaints/pc-zone-sell-discontinued-products-972755, the consumer states " You cannot find socket 1156 anywhere in the world " that is incorrect as we can still source them. This was pointed out to you. He also states "PC Zone sell discontinued products" he bought the item 2 years ago, the item was still current.. This was pointed out to you. We do not controll when technology changes. The life span of computer parts gets less and less every year. The part was sold with a 1 year warranty, it is now over 2 years old. ( we can still get)
