On two occasions now the company new tech international has sent our company toner for printers without us actually having placed an order with them or been invoiced at all, they send the stock invoice you later then demand payment as well as pester you on a daily basis this is not a good way to do business and i feel this company is one of the worst with regards to customer service and how they conduct themselves.
