This company, along with two others who operate similar services, has been deducting unsolicited charges from my daughter's cellphone contract with MTN via Autopage since 1 December on the premise that she subscribed to their services. Not only did she leave the country in the first week of December but she only returned on 31 December. Her phone was switched off during that entire period and was left at home in a drawer. She only discovered that she had no airtime when she tried to make her first phone call today. On investigation we were informed that she had been mysteriously subscribed to three cellphone media companies, being Victorious Technologies and ViaMedia, both on 1 December, and CaelMedia on 27 November. She has never subscribed to any of these services. We have uncapped WiFi at home so there's no need for her to have to subscribe to such services when she has an iPhone. She has not received a single notification from any of these companies. We want a full refund.
