I bought a XBOX console from BT games Cape Gate two days before Christmas for a present for my daughter. I the opened the Fifa14 game and inserted it into the console drive and it just spun and then it gave me a message that the disc cant be read and I must clean it with a soft cloth. I have my console drive positioned in my cabinet so it cannot move or be bumped. I took the disc to BT games Cape Gate and they tell me they cant replace it because it is a console damage. I never made the console and I never damaged it so why dont BT Games take responsibility for it as the game is not cheap. This type of business practice is not ethical and should be taken further to ensure customers do not experience this.
