PartServe has still not helped me

My Asus laptop charger stopped working at the beginning of November 2013. I enquired with Asus whether it was still under warranty as I only purchased my laptop in February 2013 and they confirmed that it was under warranty and that I would have to go to Part Serve in Sandton to get a new charger.

I went to Part Serve on Wednesday the 20th of Novemeber 2013 where they told me that I needed to book my laptop in to get a new charger? I booked it in and I was promised that I would have my laptop back on the Friday the 23rd of November with a new charger.

It is now the 2 January 2014 and I still do not have a new laptop charger as promised!
I have phoned Part Serve almost on a daily basis to follow up with them and either I am on the phone for 15 - 20 minutes waiting for someone to answer or they answer and then no one is able to help me?

I was told that my laptop charger was not under warranty which was incorrect and I was asked me for my proof of purchase about 5 times dispite them having it.

I have emailed Asus about this and emailed the Part Serve branch manager and nothing has helped.
Please I need a new laptop charger!!
