This is not a complaint about - I appreciate this website and what you do to help customers raise concerns and give compliments. I just do not know how else to bring this matter to your attention or if something can be done about the frustration.
I wrote a complaint about NuMetro last week; I then read through some other complaints about NuMetro and some of the Facebook comments people have made. The bottom line is: there are many complaints about NuMetro, but all they do in return is to give a standard, kind of copy-and-paste response that the complaint has been forwarded to the cinema manager. Nothing is done to solve the problems that people are complaining about; no apologies are issued. And many people comment later on that they still have not received any feedback from the so-called cinema manager.
This is a frustration, because there are other companies on who really go out of their way to make things right, but NuMetro continues to provide bad service and then they just have this "Not my problem" response to complaints.
