WRONG DELIVERY AND LACK OF RESPONSE!

I purchased a Scanner on the 18 of November, after having confirmed stock with a Salesperson called Jeremy Maja. This gentleman confirmed stock and the scanner was delivered on the 20th of November. The product I bought and the product I received today are not the same thing. The only reason why I purchased this scanner is because of the "Unattended two-sided, multi-page scanning with included automatic document feeder Scan up to 8 pages--or 4 images--per minute and preview" which is not included in the scanner delivered to me.

Ever since that day, I was not confirmed an exchange date for my scanner, which I needed urgently. Jeremy Maja has not been responding to my emails on time and every time he responds with a "please accept my apology for only getting back to you now". This is not acceptable. I have requested a refund of my money and they have collected the scanner from me on the 29 of November, yet I have not received a response from Jeremy Maja ever since.

I request a refund of the full amount IMMEDIATELY. This is shocking service. I have requested a Supervisor's email through the Website's contact form but no one has come back to me, and Jeremy Maja hasn't either.
