A Touch of Excellence from Dell

I am delighted to say that the Dell Engineer / Technician Clive Baker arrived at Koeberg Nuclear Power Station where I am currently working and replaced my LED Screen on my Dell XPS L502x laptop. It took just short of 2 days from the time that I reported my screen was ghosting with vertical and horizontal lines. Just to let you know Dell's after service within the warranty is awesome! I have never experienced such excellent service. Dell has treated me with a touch of excellence! A huge thank you to Dell and Clive Baker here in Cape Town!
