I bought a Samsung laptop in May 2013 at Dions Wired, The Grove in Pretoria
The laptop was the last of it's kind in the store and was on display. I did not like the idea of buying something that was on display, but I needed the laptop as mine was U/S due to power surge
I also got myself a brand spanking new Targus laptop bag
During October 2013 I took my new Samsung laptop to the office, packed inside my strong new Targus bag. I commute on the Gautrain with it's neatly fitted floor carpets
Back at home, I found that there was a black spot on the screen, creating colourful lines all over the left side.
It was handed in on 16 Oct at Dions Wired and send it to Samsung/MM ALL Electr for report.
On 1 Nov I received quote from Dions Wired made out by MM ALL Elect to an amount of R1600 for new screen. NO REPORT on the damage was issued
8 November 2013, more than 3 weeks later, I have yet not received my laptop
I have previously travelled to countries like Afghan with my HP and I never experienced any issues
Not only have I lost confidence in your products, but I believe your after sales service is extremely unprofessional
What next?
Laptop 4 months old, poor quality not recommendable!
