Mellissa Govender runs a dot com business trading as Appulative. Consumers please be warned of this person and company. She requests 50% of her fee up front and promises you the world and does not deliver. She makes empty promises, does not answer her cellular phone and hides behind her computer. Numerous attempts including issuing her with Court summons have failed to get our monies back. We are pursuing to lay criminal charges of against this company / individual as we feel it is.
