When buying a laptop one checks for quality of product and backup such as a warranty.
Acer provides a fetch and repair warranty, that was why I opted to get the laptop.
When calling the Help desk and booking in my faulty laptop I again was told that it takes a day for the laptop to be fetched, then it is returned repaired in a week.
Upon calling after a week I am told they dont even have the laptop. No idea where it is, they will send an email to the courier and see if they have it...
Where is it?? No one called me back yet to let me know if they even know where my Laptop is.
We buy this for work. I been loosing money since it was collected.
