I purchased GTA 4 on Saturday 12th October installed the games on the Sunday and the games fails to start up. i meet all the min requirements (more in fact) i go in today to just exchange the game more than happy to accept again with a new CD. The at the store asked a few Questions which i understand. and then they dont know why it wouldn't work so i requested a new CD. but they say they need a refernce number from some where and that they close at 5. I am at the store at 4:30 so they are beening just lazy. The staff working there have no idea about system requirements when it comes to the games. Which is silly on BT Games side especially since they need to sell GAMES. All i want is a new CD and this is the trouble i go through makes me regret doing business with them. A warning to all new gamers dont use BT games East Rand chances are you will get the wrong info.
