About 4 months ago i bought a new asus fonepad from incredible connection, and knowing the product very well i knew this would be the best too. The first phone i bought went on for two months and the third month it started not able to open softwares loosing its memory and lastly it couldn't charge as it could not read its battery.incredible connection kindly exchange it for a new one and a very big thanks to them. But the new one has its own bigger problems like shuts down softwares, when using the internet it flashes the screen. And most of the time it doesn't able to play music. I've mailed asus direct about this but no luck at all of them contacting me or replying the mail i sent them. I am not happy customer with this product and what really frustrates is its the second one and am still experiencing a problem with the product. I so wish i could helped so this matter could be resolved in a professional manor ad i have all the valid paperwork for this device.
