2 months ago I noticed a defect in a Samsung product which I had purchased several weeks before.
I saw the "Next Business Day 2-year Warranty" on the side of the box and decided to visit the Pinicle/Infrasol website, in an attempt to get this product repaired. I logged a fault on their website and waited two weeks... no response. I then called Infrasol and the reception staff could not put me through to anyone who understood what a WARRANTY was.
I then called Samsung, who dispatched a currier to collect my device the following day to the Midrand Infrasol branch. The product was taken to Infrasol and was there for the next three weeks. I called several times and no one could find my product on the system. I demanded to speak to the manager who found the product.
Several days later I called them and they tell me that they have sent my product back to me as they could not find anything wrong. I was infuriated and called the Cape Town branch who sent a technician to me several days later. He identified the fault and left with the product.
It has been over a week now and I have not heard from him/Infrasol...
Shocking service. Rude staff. 2 Month wait for NOTHING!
I then spoke to
