I just want to express my thanks compliments to Terry Clarke from BT Games. I wanted to pre-order the Special Edition of GTA 5 but was a bit too late as stock ran dry so I settled for the Normal Edition. After paying for it, Terry advised that he has 1 last copy of the Special Edition. I paid the different, he updated my order on the last day before midnight launch and was able to collect my copy without any hassles. I will admit that I was was hassling him all the way through the process of getting things finalized and he assisted me all the way through and still kept his cool: D
