No paying for work delivered

We have introduced the supplier to one of our clients. A third party was responsible to develop a new website for the client. The supplier received payment upfront for the full scope of work for them including the website design. A completion advice has been submitted to the supplier, but now they are holding back on the payment of the invoice, and ignoring calls following up on when the payment will be done.
