SMSNET-SA (SAMBER), MTN subscription

I have been subscribed for the "content subscription service" WITHOUT any of my knowledge or permission on my MTN open line number, I have called the SMSNET-SA, to produce any proof that I agree to any subscription, and they could NOT produce that. I was told will receive a call back on with 48 hours, for all the information on when and which device was this subscription done, and what content am I being billed on, to no avail. (call center agent Mmabatho Maobane), I have been paying ridiculous amounts of money for this contract and I went to MTN to ask for my refund, and I got the famous "they cannot do anything about it" because a apparently subscribed to this service willing to my surprise, me and the MTN personnel were shocked to the amount of money I'm being ripped off of.
I need to be refunded all my money for all the months (6 months) that I have been billed for this unknown content, because I also asked what is the device used for all content download, because I have NOT received any content and I have never owned the device used.
I need this company SMSNET-SA (SAMBER trading) and MTN to be brought to book for this. I want my money back.
