I placed a query on the website yesterday, received a call back with suggestions and then was contacted this morning by Cherise, who left a message in my cell mailbox asking me to call her back. The first time I called she was busy so I left my name and number. Almost 3 hours later no call back so I called again only to get transferred as I had come through to the wrong office. The transferred call was answered by a guy and I asked him to let me speak to Cherise whereupon I was instantly cut off. I dont know what else to do now to be able to actually talk to Cherise and sort my problem out, which I guess will result anyway in me contributing to the company's bottom line financially!?!
