The company I work for took delivery of 3 Dell P2312H monitors on 12th June 2013. One of the monitors was faulty and displays "wavy lines", an I have been trying to get Dell to replace that monitor since then.
it is 3 weeks since I first reported this and until now all I have managed to achieve is to get an e-mail address to which I sent pictures of the faulty screen. In fact I cannot even get a fault report reference number from the company.
As a group we have spent millions with Dell over the years, but it goes without saying that I will now use my influence to ensure that we never buy another Dell product locally.
The screens were sourced through Tarsus Technologies (Pty) Ltd, however, Dell insists that you contact them directly with any technical issues.
