How confused are you?

I've originally engaged with ASUS in Bryanston on the 25th of June 2013 about my laptop not powering up at all. I was then asked to fill in a form in order to collect the laptop from me together with the original purchase order to verify the warranty.
This was supplied and the courier company picked up the laptop on the 1st of July 2013.
ASUS claims they have a 5 to 7 working day turn around to fix an item. I then contacted them on 11t July 2013 in order to find out how far they were with the repair. The response was they will come and pick up the laptop (AGAIN???)
After another week of blaming the courier company, although the tracking status did state Grace signed for the laptop at the ASUS office on the 2nd of July 2013. They finally found the laptop and booked it in.
It's now again another week gone past and as you've noticed in the beginning I had to supply the original purchase order for warranty purposes... Guess what? I just received a call from Carol asking my email addy in order to send me the quote for the repair?
It's been almost a month now. Once I read some of the other posts on here I realized I'd better make a scene now already because Christmas is also coming.
