This is now the 3rd week that I have been to the BT Games in East Rand Mall to purchase the game Rift, after being told that it is sold out and that they will receive the next order the following week. I then get there the following week to get the game, only to be told that it has yet again been sold out and that they will order again.
When I asked if they could take my details and contact me or keep one aside for me, I was told that I will have to come back and try again next week. It takes me over 25mins drive to get to the mall, then I still need to pay for parking, and for what, just to be told that "They have JUST sold the last one"!
Do they only stock ONE or TWO games?? They dont even attempt or bother to take my details. The service is terrible and unprofessional.
This is not a very good service delivery or attitude to have towards one of their most regular customers.
