Dear Sirs:

I'm really disappointed with the support received from Sage Pastel My Business Online. We recently experienced an issue (ref. IR3725488) whereby the text in our invoice signatures were scrambled. We tried to get the issue resolved through Pastel My Business support to no avail. The developers just answered: "As mentioned before we are unable to recreate the issue" After an onerous investigation, we managed to fix the issue ourselves - the bug remains in the Pastel My Business software.

After the recent upgrade of FNB's online banking - the "automatic bank feeds" feature stopped working. All parties were informed of the upgrade month's before it occurred. Again, the Pastel My Business support has no interest in the problem. They just say they are "working on it" and have no ETA's Again, our business cant work in Pastel.

I feel they should at least post something on their website or send an email to their clients to inform them about the issue and the anticipated resolution date. The 1st line support try their best to help (Palesa) but they are unable to if they don't receive support from their managers and developers! I blame those in charge of support!
