Our current problem with Teleref (Voice logging system) started a while ago after we were forced to replace (repurchase) certain Hard and Software elements of our current computer system due to circumstances. Teleref were again contracted to help restore the voice logging system and to maintain the current status quo. Teleref have now unilaterally introduced and enforced certain unexpected changes to " licensing agreements" and have deliberately decided to withheld our earlier access to the system software. Suddenly we are subjected to erratic, exuberant and unreasonable new costing structures and non existant support structures, bad services and bad attitude. Accompanied by demands for upfront payment - even for minor remote assistance. The system is totally dysfunctional whilst payment (albeit different amounts) is still levied EVERY time, but without Teleref permanently fixing the problem. Our displeasure has been relayed to them without any success. And neither have they responded in any manner. Their apparent bullying/no care tactics, opportunistic costing structures remains a major concern. And therefore our complaint on Hello Pete
