FAULTY PROJECTOR

I purchased the projector in 2011, and after / - 2 months the projector was sent in for repairs because the globe blew. they repaired the unit. then in 2012 we sent the unit in again because it kept switching off and it had fan failure, they repaired the unit again, then in Dec 2012 the fan failure and switching off started again, we cleaned the unit with air (which is a cleaning agent filled with compressed air) specially made for projectors and other IT related hardware. Now they have voided the warranty on the unit, because they say there is water damage, but the unit is in a secure casing below the ceiling, and is never removed except when it is sent for repairs. They are refusing to accept that there is no water damage, and they want t charge us almost R 4000.00 to repair the unit, and a new projector costs around that, despite the fact that the unit has been faulty since the beginning. There is no courtesy regarded towards us regarding the fact that this is the 3rd repair, and the service is poor.
