We had a complaint on hellopeter on 6 June 2012 and have noticed that after 12 months the complaint was removed from there website, However if I google search my company the complaint still appears. I feel that it is too easy for customers to complain without verbal contact with the company and then we have to subscribe to make contact. Please remove all data with regards to the complaint on my company, the 12 month period has passed.
